Our Story

IMPACT was born from the belief that fashion is more than just clothing it’s a movement. What began as Jaidyn’s personal dream has grown into a brand that brings people together through design, collaboration, and storytelling. At its core, IMPACT views style as a powerful tool to express identity, build confidence, and connect communities.

Founder & CEO, Jaidyn McCullough is a 22-year-old Black designer from Prince George’s County, Maryland. Their love for fashion began at a young age, where streetwear and sneakers sparked a unique joy and excitement that quickly grew into a lifelong calling. From the beginning, Jaidyn knew they were destined for a career in the fashion industry.

In a world that often pressures people to conform, Jaidyn’s mission is to create pieces that challenge societal norms, celebrate individuality, and empower others to embrace their authentic selves. Along this journey, Jaidyn has been recognized with prestigious honors, including the Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholarship, and featured editorially in Highsnobiety’s 20th Anniversary early milestones that reflect a designer whose vision is already shaping the future of fashion.

What We Stand For

The name says it all: IMPACT – Inspiring Minds Purposefully and Cultivating Talent. The brand creates streetwear and workwear essentials that carry meaning. Each piece is rooted in culture, individuality, and creativity, while remaining versatile and functional for everyday life. At the same time, IMPACT extends beyond fashion it is a platform. By collaborating with local photographers, videographers, models, and designers, the brand creates opportunities for new voices and emerging talent to be seen and celebrated.

Our Vision

IMPACT seeks to disrupt the fashion world by merging design with purpose. It is not just about selling garments, but about cultivating a global creative collective where individuality becomes movement. Through its work, the brand is committed to creating opportunities, fostering cultural pride, and sparking the next wave of innovators.

Beyond Fashion

IMPACT’s long-term vision expands beyond designing. We are building towards launching a nonprofit dedicated to after-school programs in focused on fashion, art,  design, and entrepreneurship. The goal is to equip the next generation with tools, mentorship, and opportunities to unlock their potential because true impact lasts when creativity and knowledge are shared.
